Reach Training

Training the Circle Around the Child, Because Inclusion Takes a Community!

At Reach Inclusion, we understand that the growth of individuals with special needs is shaped not only by their families but also by the diverse environments they experience each day- schools, hospitals, airplanes, and public spaces.

That’s why Reach Training extends beyond classrooms, focusing on equipping the wider circle of people around them with the knowledge and strategies to provide meaningful support.

Our Mission is Simple:

1

Build awareness about disabilities and diverse needs

2

Shift perspectives to replace barriers with understanding

3

Provide practical strategies so professionals and caregivers can act with confidence and compassion.

Healthcare & Caregivers

Supporting staff, receptionists, and caregivers with skills in child-sensitive communication, behavioral de-escalation, structured routines, and the effective use of resources such as sensory tools and environmental adjustments.

Schools & Educators

Training teachers, assistants, and school leaders on inclusive practices, smooth transitions, classroom collaboration with paraprofessionals, IEP implementation, and behavior support strategies like CBT tools and Zones of Regulation.

What We Do

Paraeducators & Community Members

Offering in-depth training for supporting individuals with disabilities, combining theoretical foundations with hands-on strategies, ethical guidance, and advocacy for their vital role in inclusion.
