I.E.P Services
Through our IEP Service, we create comprehensive Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and help students get enrolled in our partner schools.
Every student with an IEP is supported by a dedicated Paraprofessional who works closely on the child’s goals across academic, behavioral, social, and life skills.
Our team begins by conducting detailed observations and collecting baseline data on the student’s academic performance, social interactions, and behavioral responses.
We ensure that assessments, quizzes, and classroom activities are either modified or accommodated to suit the student’s learning level. This approach allows the child to demonstrate understanding in ways that align with their abilities.
We assist students during transitions, whether between activities, environments, or routines using social stories and visual supports that make change and expectations easier to understand and manage, reducing anxiety and promoting independence.
Families receive bi-weekly reports summarizing academic strategies, accommodations, behavioral interventions, and progress toward goals
At the end of each term, a comprehensive progress report is generated to evaluate whether goals have been achieved or are still in progress. These reports provide detailed insights into the student’s academic, behavioral, life, and social skills development, helping families and the Reach Inclusion team plan next steps effectively
