Our mission is to build Inclusive pathways across school, work, home, and community by training, essential tools, and hands-on support. Through our five service pillars, we aim to empower people in need by making inclusion practical, accessible, and impactful in every part of their life.
Vision
Our vision at Reach Inclusion is to lead the way in line with KSA’s Vision 2030 by prioritizing the rights and inclusion of individuals with special needs. We envision a future where every child has equal access to quality education and opportunities for growth. Through innovation, collaboration, and advocacy, we aim to build a society that celebrates diversity and empowers all individuals to reach their full potential.

تُعد "ريتش إنكلوجن" رائدة في مجال التعليم الشامل، و أول جهة في المملكة تطبّق دمج أطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في البيئة التعليمية.
مهمتنا هي تحويل المشهد التعليمي و خلق بيئة شاملة تُمكِّن كل طفل مهما كانت احتياجاته؛ من النمو والازدهار جنبًا إلى جنب مع أقرانه.
ومن خلال الدعم المتخصص والتسهيلات المناسبة، نضمن أن ينال كل طفل التعليم والرعاية التي يستحقها.

رؤيتنا
نهدف نحن "ريتش إنكلوجن" أن نكون روّادًا في تمكين ودمج الأفراد من ذوي الإعاقة، بما يتماشى مع رؤية المملكة العربية السعودية 2030. نتطلع إلى مستقبل يتمتع فيه كل طفل بفرص متكافئة للحصول على تعليم عالي الجودة والنمو في بيئة شمولية. من خلال الابتكار، والتعاون، والدعم، نسعى لبناء مجتمع يحتفي بالتنوع ويُمكِّن جميع أفراده من تحقيق كامل إمكاناتهم.
